2.Soldering tweezers consist of pneumatic type and manual type, the clamp force can be adjusted at will.
3.Soldering tweezers contacts are made of superior chromium copper, the special design of joined part with weld handhold obtained flexible running, greatly improved the welding speed, thus the operation becomes more convenient.
4.Welding controller is equipped with digital integrated circuit, making the welding speed faster and the quality more excellent, there will not be any damage on the surface of the welding.
5.The imported silicon control module is used as on and off switch of the major loop (equipped with protective circuit) for the smooth output current of welding, which reacts rapidly and the parameter is precise and steady.
Purposes:
With simple production technics, Shuleshe Plate produced by the machine, either can be used as partition wall, stuff wall, roof board, balcony board, or sticked and hanged on the outer wall. Anyhow, flexible design can be performed in accordance with the different needs of architecture. The products’ weight is very light（10kg/m2）, so it can reduce the infrastructure cost of architecture obviously. Otherwise, it also has the characteristics of heat preservation, heat insulation, fireproofing and anti-seismic, propitious to expeditious fitment and installation.
